We're building our first issue of GØY Blad, and we'd love to know: "What does home mean to you?"
For us, home is more than a place, and for our inaugural issue, we’re seeking stories about belonging—the spaces we inhabit, the people we gather around us, and the ways we create home for ourselves, whether we’ve lived there forever or arrived yesterday.
Born from the Norwegian word for fun, GØY celebrates curiosity in all its colorful forms—from queer identities and creative lives to hidden destinations, meaningful homes, and the people shaping culture quietly.

We’re open to all kinds of work, but it should speak the same visual language. Bold, intentional, and rooted in color and story. Black and white images have their place too, used sparingly to create contrast, pause, or intimacy within a series.
Creators always retain ownership of their work. We're simply asking for permission to publish and promote accepted submissions across GØY Blad's print, digital, social, and editorial platforms.
